The play area is in a fully enclosed space with only one door that is always monitored by a staff member. Each child who enters the play area will be checked before entry.
Cleanliness:
We clean all play surfaces and toys daily with non-toxic cleaners so that your children don't have to breathe in or come in contact with harsh chemicals.
The play area is available for open play 7 days a week, so feel free to drop in at your convenience.
We encourage growing a strong family bond - we invite adults to play and interact with kids in the play area :)
Le Play Cafe is NOT a full service child care center. Parents are responsible for the safety and behavior of their children at all times. Supervisors in the play area are there to assist with play, reinforce playroom rules and keep equipment & toys in order.
Play Area Rules:
- All children under the age of 2 must be accompanied by an adult in the play area
- Shoe-free environment: socks must be worn by both children and grown-ups!
- No food or drink in the play area - NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Do not leave drinks on the ledge of the partial wall
- No rough-housing, screaming or fighting - please share!
- No toys on the slide
- No personal toys - please leave them at home or outside play area
- Respect equipment, toys and others
- If we feel children are not obeying the playroom rules or playing safely, after 2 warnings children will be asked to "take a break" from the play area
